Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to provide the Service:

• Account data, your name and email address when you sign up.
• Résumé content, the work history, skills, projects, and job descriptions you enter to generate a résumé.
• Payment data, handled entirely by , our Merchant of Record. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data, basic, privacy-respecting analytics (pages visited, features used) to improve the product.

• To generate, score, and export your résumés.
• To create and secure your account.
• To process your subscription via .
• To respond to support requests.
• To improve the Service and fix bugs.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your résumé content to train publicly available AI models.

To generate your résumé, the content you enter is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, which processes it to produce your draft. Anthropic processes this data under its own commercial terms and does not use API inputs to train its models. We send only what's needed to generate your résumé.

We share data only with the service providers that run the product:

• , payment processing and subscription billing (Merchant of Record).
• Anthropic, AI résumé generation.
• Hosting & infrastructure , to operate and secure the Service.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

We keep your account and résumé data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual résumés or your entire account at any time, which permanently removes the associated data from our active systems.

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@resumefordev.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and a minimal set of analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

The Service is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
