ResumeForDev is an AI-powered tool that helps technical professionals create, optimize, and export résumés. You provide information about your work, and our AI generates a draft résumé and related suggestions.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

• The Free plan includes one AI-generated résumé at no cost.
• The Pro plan is $9 USD per month, billed monthly and recurring until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by , our Merchant of Record, who handles billing and applicable taxes.
• You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

You own the information you enter and the résumés you generate. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service. You're responsible for ensuring your résumé content is accurate and truthful, the AI assists with wording but does not verify facts.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
• Misrepresent your qualifications or others' identities.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its AI provider.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission.

The Service uses AI to draft and suggest résumé content. AI output can contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying everything before using it. ResumeForDev does not guarantee employment, interviews, or any specific outcome.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by ResumeForDev and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeForDev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
