We want you to be happy with ResumeForDev. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work. Payments and refunds are processed by , our Merchant of Record.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with ResumeForDev Pro, email us at support@resumefordev.com within 14 days of your first payment and we'll issue a full refund, no hassle.
2. Cancellations
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again. We don't charge cancellation fees.
3. Renewals
Pro is billed monthly and renews automatically. Renewal charges (after the first 14 days) are generally non-refundable, but if something went wrong, a double charge, a failed service, contact us and we'll make it right.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@resumefordev.com from the email on your account with your request. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via , usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
